2026 Mingle & Jingle Event Policies & FAQ’s

EVENT DAY/TIME AND LOCATION
December 5, 2026 | 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Trinity Hall at Triple 3 Vineyard

3665 Sunny Road, Washington, MO 63090

Booth Fees:

$65 per 10x10 interior booth

$50 per 10x10 outside booth

$5 for one electrical hookup (Vendor must provide their own extension cord)

Unloading / Parking:

Unloading: Please enter using the side doors on the North and west sides of the building. Unloading through front doors is prohibited.

Parking: After unloading, move your vehicle to the North Side of the parking lot before setting up your display.

Check-In and Set-Up:

Starts at 7:30 am on Saturday, December 5, 2026. Vendors must check in before setting up.

Set-Up Completion: Booths must be ready for sales by 10am and remain set up until 3pm.

Booth Staffing & Sales: A minimum of 1 adult must be always present in the booth.

Vendor Responsibility:

Vendors must provide their own tables, linens, and displays. Chairs for vendors will be provided upon request. Displays must not exceed the provided booth space. All sales proceeds go directly to the vendor. Vendors are responsible for collecting and reporting sales tax. No food or drinks may be sold in booths.

Photography/ Videography:

Triple 3 Vineyard reserves the right to take photos and videos for social media and promotional purposes.  

Refund Policy:

No refunds for cancellations.

Indemnification:

By participating, vendors agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Triple 3 Realty, LLC (d.b.a Triple 3 Vineyard, LLC), all sponsoring organizations, and their trustees, officers, employees, and agents from any liability, claims, suits, actions, damages, settlements, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising from their actions and participation in the Mingle & Jingle Christmas Market. Triple 3 Realty or its subsidiaries will not be responsible for any injuries sustained by participants or guests. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted all rules and policies outlined in this document.
